Thanks for the new table thread.  It's very timely.  I found a set of nice,
inexpensive cotton tablecloths last week which inspired me to get serious
about dining tables.  I'm finally totally over the 'make-shift' decor;
although functional, it looks neither funky or eclectic.

Joani and Sharon - your descriptions and comments are very clear and useful.
