It's an interesting idea, but there will be minimal security.  The
algorithm used for encryption is very weak.  So, if you're happy with
anybody being able to connect and the fact that all the data packets going
by can be easily snooped, go ahead.

No, I'm not trying to talk you out of it, I just want you to be able to
make an informed decision about security.
