Sociocracy appears to be biased against those of us who are
spiritual and who hold our spiritual guidance to be of higher
value than reason.  How would a facilitator in the sociocracy
process respond to "My spiritual guidance is that this isn't
in our best interests"?  In the Heart Song process, that would
call for everyone to go into the silence and ask for spiritual
guidance on the issue.  Of course, we're a psychospiritual
community, and that's part of our shared values.
