Pioneer Valley has had 4 out of 32 households move out in 8 years.  It 
think that it is a low rate, but it is still sad each time we have to 
say good-bye.  The remarkable thing is that this has enabled two grown 
children of original members to buy in, separating couples to stay in 
community (temporarily anyway).
