I think it's pretty meaningless to try to generate turnover statistics. 
Every move is unique. Dying of old age, as is inevitable with senior 
members, doesn't indicate lack of stability, nor do other personal 
reasons people may have.  Turnover anywhere is a regional factor, too, 
linked to sources of employment, changes in the area, and such. 

And is it even a problem? A resale may net a community a family that 
participates more, or offers more, than someone who may have found it not 
to be a good match for their temperament, and decided to move. At 
RoseWind, our resales have generally been very positive for the project.
