Dying of old age, as is inevitable with senior members, doesn't indicate lack of stability, nor do other personal reasons people may have. Turnover anywhere is a regional factor, too, linked to sources of employment, changes in the area, and such. And is it even a problem? A resale may net a community a family that participates more, or offers more, than someone who may have found it not to be a good match for their temperament, and decided to move. At RoseWind, our resales have generally been very positive for the project.
