I am a recent subscriber to this group. So far the discussion seems mostly about upscale developments. I'm wondering if there are any working class co housing developments. I've been thinking about various kinds of possibilities, including getting a group together that would buy an older apartment house on a large lot in an old neighborhood. If anyone has any thoughts about this, or web pointers, I'd love to see them.
