I think part of what you may be running into is simply how 
web/computer-savvy the different groups are.  Whether people have 
these documetns someplace easy to get to really varies!

That said, being the techie-heavy-group that we are, we have almost 
all of our documents out on our website, at 
http://www.mosaic-commons.org - help yourself.

I'd be more than happy to organize and host a website for a collection 
of these documents (cohousingdocs.org?), but I don't have the time and 
energy right now to track them down from all of the groups.

Anyone want to take that part of it on? :)
