shareware document archive?

I'd like to second this idea.  We recently searched for examples of
By-laws that successfully governed groups during the pre-move-in stage,
and ended up having to pay to get just one (although we did get several
other very useful documents for free).  Surely every group that now exists
had, at some point, such a document.  The same could be said for
decision-making docs, budgets, project plans, and all the other reams of
paper that a successful coho group generates during its life. 

If cooperation and community are some of the hallmarks of the cohousing
movement, then  it would seem a natural idea to collect as many of these
documents as possible, and make them available for free downloading.  If I
were willing to gather and send on such documents, would TCN (for example)
be willing to host them for free downloading?  Would other people be
interested in submitting documents to such an archive? Would others find
such and archive useful?
