I wonder where River Rock Commons is? It must be urban if it has an "Old
Town" but she mentions horses. too. Very curious. Maybe its in Mexico? South
America. Capetown? And a river. An urban area with a river and  horses. New
York does have horses in Central Park but no Old Town." The price is too low
for California. Chicago? No river. This is a hard case to solve. Might have
to call in a hired gun.
