It depends on the developer. Suppose he has 3 close friend families and they
need to sell off just 3 more units, but the 3 already sold are planning to
run the neighborhood cooperatively and intend to build a common house as
soon as they can raise the money. Of course this is just a "suppose," but
one thing I've picked up along the way in this process is that you really
can't tell from a distance what's going on with folks. There's a lot we
don't know about this group.

This one I don't understand. It sure does seem like cohousing, or at least
like something that plans to become cohousing.
