Suppose he has 3 close friend families and they need to sell off just 3 more units, but the 3 already sold are planning to run the neighborhood cooperatively and intend to build a common house as soon as they can raise the money. Of course this is just a "suppose," but one thing I've picked up along the way in this process is that you really can't tell from a distance what's going on with folks. There's a lot we don't know about this group. >Another in the planning stages for 32 > units with a 2000 sgft common house. Is this cohousing? I dont think > so. However they are all advertised as co housing. This one I don't understand. It sure does seem like cohousing, or at least like something that plans to become cohousing.
