Best recommendation i have for you is to talk with Sheldon Cooper at Beacon
Hill House, <bhhouse [at] yahoo.com> or 206-324-6822.  He's one of the founders
of that community and is also involved with a land trust in Seattle.
Another group you could try contacting are the Jolly Ranchers,
<jollyranchers [at] ic.org> or 206-322-8071.  Those are the two groups in
Seattle that i'm the most familiar with, but i know there are others, such
as Prag House and Bright Morning Star.  Have you looked at the website for
NICA (Northwest Intentional Community Association)?  It's at www.ic.org/nica.
