I am in the very early stages of thinking about developing a small
community that would be buying a large-ish house in Seattle probably near
the U-District.  We would be looking for a 5 plus bedroom house, and
manage it in the co-op/cohousing mode.  I suspect that not all the
participants will be buying in, some will have to rent due to lack of
down-payment.  I have no idea how the finances for such a thing
would/could work.  Does anybody have ideas on where to start looking?  It
seems that there must be other people doing this.  How can I find them?
