We are an apartment and townhouse condo, not a lot development. Thus we pay for trash and recycling pick up -- the city doesn't do it. We have 43 units. We have a big blue dumpster for garbage, two green ones for bottles, cans, plastic, and a medium size for newspapers and cardboard. They are always full it seems. Other than 20-30 trash cans, which no one would could be hired to empty, dumpsters are the only alternative for this kind of development.
