Who lives in the most urban cohousing community in the US, and wouldn't 
have it any other way!

[Hey, and if your group owns the whole town I guess you would also BE the 
town planning department so you shouldn't have to fight with them.  I 
checked out the locale of Bridgeville. It is 52 miles south and east of 
Arcata.  Lots of neat pictures on the ebay for sale page--jb]
