Cohousing-L Mailing List: Re: Underground Parking

We at Village Cohousing in Madison, Wisconsin, where winters *used to
be* cold, have about half of our parking spaces under the common house.
Folks who want indoor parking pay an extra $20/month.  Parking allotment
is negotiated by the Parking and Landscape committee.
