Good point, but it makes me think we might need to throw in a healthy
share of "personality" as well.  Who knows, maybe Meiers-Briggs would be
a good predictor of disposition to cohousing.  Anybody ever seen any
studies correlating Meiers-Briggs results with political orientation?
