This is exactly why it is important to listen to the individual and not encourage people to drop their concerns in the name of the "group". Only by listening and satisfying the concerns of the individual can you devise the best solution. The best solution only comes after much examination of individual contributions.This reminds me that several (great) times in our community's history, the group has had a better "brain" thanindividuals - the interaction and back and forth resulted in a solution thatno individual had been able to devise.
