Not to put too fine a point on this, but the original post asked for pretty
much everything BUT dishwasher information, and I don't want to get into
that again! ;o)

I did want to second what Casey said about the sinks. We have two sets of
stainless steel sinks, one of them very deep for washing pots, which
replaced the original shallow enamel sinks that were useless. They have
drainboards so you don't have to use the plastic or rubber ones that get
moldy on the bottom.
