We have a "Commercial" type of dishwasher.  It no larger than any kitchen 
dishwasher but it washes, sterilizes and dries in 3 minutes.  We have 17 Units 
and average 10-14 people at our dinners.  On special holidays we can use this 
machine to clean the dishes of up 24 people.
