There seems to be a shortage of experienced property managers in our city and I wonder why these communities don't just do the job themselves? Being an experienced property manager who is also interested in cohousing, I thought to offer to teach condo boards how to do the job themselves and after a year they would save the cost of outside management fees. This way I don't have to be involved for the long term. Can anyone share their experience of working with a traditional condo that became a cohousing community after move in? Where it's raining bucket loads and I can hear the grass growing...sure hope a lawnmower shows up soon!..lol _______________________________________________ Cohousing-L mailing list Cohousing-L [at] cohousing.org Unsubscribe and other info: http://www.cohousing.org/cohousing-L
