I'm not sure which part of this you are offended by. I did not mean to imply 
that 
 - all Republicans are NRA members
 - all NRA members are Republicans
 - all of either of those two groups do nothing but watch TV
 - nor that all three of these groups are evil beings.

Certainly people have the right to join the NRA or the Republican party and 
entertain themselves anyway they choose. Most of my family of origin fall into 
at least two, if not all three, of those groups, and I love them dearly. 
However, I have also chosen not to live with them, and I believe we all have 
the right to choose who we live with and associate with, especially in an 
environment that is as intimate as cohousing.
