I am Don's neighbor in Sonora Cohousing. I *despise* our windows. They are often very hard to open, and those which are not hard to open often slide back down... IMO they are also ugly. AND: If I had the chance to do it again, I'd never agree to vinyl windows. All and all, it's one of the things where we really screwed up (IMO).
