Our Process Committee is researching different types of process workshops for our community. We seem to be looking at basically two general categories. 1. How to make decision making more efficient. and 2. Improving communication skills particularly when we disagree. At this point we're not looking to resolve a particular issue, but rather gain skills and insights to help us live together in greater harmony and in greater acceptance of our differences. I'm wanting to know what kinds of methods and techniques other groups have found helpful. I know that Nonviolent or Compassionate Communication has been mentioned a number of times as helpful for a number of groups. Are there other types of workshops that other communities have found helpful?
