Hi,  At Sonora cohousing in tucson we have about 800sqft of wood/metal
shop equipped with most of the toys mostly on loan from one of our
members who has a side business in wood working.  Between bead work, a
little welding, and various wood projects someone is in there almost
every day and sometimes several people at once.  Don
