I'm from Two Acre Wood in Sebastopol,Ca

I'd love to have some of your group wisdom. Every year our budget has some 
discretionary money that we use for capital improvements. It's not a lot, a few 
thousand dollars.

We have a "wish list "of desireable things and some value criteria to refer 
to. We also check for ready leadership and energy for a project.

I'd like to know how (what steps, process) other communities use to decide 
which ones to fund. The money availible may change, so we need a group of OK's 
or a ranking
