It seems to me that you are missing something. Don't you talk to people 
*face to face* about such issues??
Email conversations are very useful, but IMO they are (most of the time) 
somewhat of a pale shadow of real life connections.  
I often have the kind of discussions we have "here" with people in person

Including but not limited to cohousing people.  Process issues come up 
everywhere, and are not unique to cohousing.   As a peace activist, I find
myself discussing issues of decision making a whole lot.  My cohousing
experience  has enriched my understanding of power issues, consensus, the
nature of desirable meetings, and so on - but it's also the case that my
experiences  elsewhere bear upon how I see cohousing, and what I can bring
to it.
