3. Guest rooms fees (Fred H Olson)
   

Here at Wasatch Commons we "suggest" a "donation" of $10 a night to get
around the assorted laws and taxes involved in charging to stay.  
Each unit has free use of the guest room for a weeks stay a year before
they have to pay for the use of the guest room for their company.  
The person hosting is responsible to see that the room and linen is
cleaned after.
Often someone else will donate their unused days if someone's guest will
be staying longer. 
We've never had a long term guest that I'm aware of.
The entire community has hosted groups at Xs: college groups doing
community service projects, etc.
