Cohousing-L Mailing List: Corvallis Annexation Passes by Landslide!

Hello Cohousing Listserve people,

We are excited to share the news with the Cohousing Community that CoHo
Cohousing in Corvallis, Oregon has received a 71% yes vote to annex our site
to the City of Corvallis. Our land option for 6.8 acres was contingent upon
annexation to the city. Our plan is to build 33 multifamily homes and a
common house, breaking ground spring 2005. We still have many challenges
ahead of us, including dealing with the feelings around the state of our
nation.
