Sharon,

Thanks for the feedback re residential vs. commercial. That's very
helpful. We are committed to having the entrance of every unit
accessible, so if we have units on the second story, we would definitely
be getting an elevator. We're just trying to figure out how much they
cost and what type we'll need, if we decide to go with the second-story
units.
