Fellow Cohousers, Heard somewhere that some communities may be buying a studio, leasing it to a health care provider at a reduced rate and having the professional provide some basic services in prevention and daily support to those aging in place and all to residents. Was asked by a fellow community member if providing that health care support would attract more people who were already frail? Anyone have experience with this option and the pros and cons? Thanks, Charles Maclean Charles.maclean [at] trillium-hollow.org
