What advice can the members of this list give to the Pinnacle Project
with regard to zoning?  We own 120 acres in a village that has been
thoughtful about trying to limit growth.  They understand that they may
need to change their current zoning, but don't want to open themselves
to large developments or in fact change the nature of this small
community.

We are looking for permission to build 1-3 homes, with a total of 18
(approx) suites contained in these homes.  (if we have to constrict more
than 1 home all the homes will be clustered in one place onthe land).  
While the living suites are private and the common space (kitchen,
living room, library, music room, etc) is shared, the buildings could
look to zoning administrators like apartments.

Can anyone point us to language that has been used to allow other
clustered or common interest developments?  Thank you.  Liz Ryan Cole
