Hi Joellyn!

Thanks for the info.  Sounds great and was a probably
a whole lot of work to get this all organized.

We have one group here in San Diego looking for a five
bedroom mansion to turn into a   cooperative.  I did
one attempt at getting a group together to purchase 20
 condos all situated in one section with a clubhouse
already right there.  People wanted to design their
own larger units.  Ah well!
