We'd like to give advance notice to the cohousing list-serve that a three+
bedroom single family house in New View Cohousing in Acton, MA will be put
on the market May 12, 2007. Preliminary information and photos can be found

The listing price is not posted yet but will be included on the web page in
another week or so.

New View Cohousing is a diverse community of 24 member households with an
extended family feeling. We were the first cohousing group in Eastern
Massachusetts and were recently featured in the Boston Sunday Globe
celebrating our 10th anniversary. New View has had exceptionally low
turnover, with only 3 new households in these 10+ years of community living.
