Hi again,

It's been about two weeks since I rolled out the demo. There've been nearly
100 logins, which is encouraging. If you have any feedback I'd love to hear
from you.

Also, if you were confused by the system I'd be happy to walk you through it
by phone. From walking somebody else through it I noticed how much it helped
the person to have questions answered as they came up.

One thing I noticed is that no one completed the process of "locking" a
meal. That's the process, once a meal is in the past, of entering how much
cooks spent on the meal and clicking the "Finished" button. When that has
been done, an "(L)" shows up for that meal on the calendar. Again, I'm happy
to walk people through it.
