Well, just because one gets her/his say doesn't necessarily entail
*being
heard*, and could lead to growing unhappiness, mistrust, conflict which isn't necessarily the best thing -- not even for the people who insist on writing and violating community agreements. In my community (Sonora Cohousing in Tucson) email is both an essentialcommunication tool, AND a source of a lot of bad vibes and dissatisfaction.
