  If anyone wants to work on the project of turning this into an article, I 
have been very interested in the back and forth myself, first about gender 
diversity, then age diversity and other themes, and have pulled most of the 
comments into a Word document which I would be happy to contribute towards this 
effort. I'm just a cohousing explorer at this point, and don't feel in a 
position to take this project on myself, but I would be happy to participate 
with some other (s).
