Cohousing-L Mailing List: Cohousing in Brattleboro, VT

Has anyone tried to start cohousing in Brattleboro, VT?  My wife and I have 
visited it as a possible place to live and we want to live in cohousing.  I am 
trying to gather information to see if it is a likely place to build cohousing. 
 Any information that could be passed along would be much appreciated.
