I'm not sure that is true. Ann is on the list but she is very busy now and may not be reading.
Don had the site and approached Ann about whether it would work as cohousing. She held the first meeting after she met him and he hired her to do marketing and form the community. She had been working with Liberty Village.
Don's idea was that half the site would be regular townhouses and the rest cohousing. Ann got so many people interested, the whole thing became cohousing.
