I'm doing a workshop at the Cohousing Conference on how to use Reserve
studies to manage your facility.
I would like to know how many people will be coming to that specific workshop so I can be sure to have enough materials copied for them. The materials will cost $10 and will include a copy of a real reserve study and the conversions to spreadsheets that I use to track changes and actual costs. I want to have enough copies available but not so many that I go into debt to myself.
We actually have our study available at every Facilities Team meeting and at any other meeting where facilities and costs are discussed. The information informs the discussion and we keep notes and questions on the spreadsheets as a central reference point for all this information.
Then those spreadsheets will be provided to our reserve study specialists when we redo the study as a record of what we have done since they were last here and what questions we have -- questions and information that would be hard to remember or hard to dig out if it were not kept in a central location, contemporaneously.
So please let me know off-list if you are planning to come or know someone else who is planning to come.
