Hi- In Mississippi, where the required flood elevations have changed from a couple of feet to 10 feet or more since Hurricane Katrina in 2005, many folks have been struggling with accessibility.? (The new elevations mean that all new or reconstructed housing has to be elevated at least that far.)? One of the options has been to look at building a long common ramp that serves multiple structures and can also serve as elevated common porch space.?
