Songaia Common House: 3,400 for 13 homes - but according to Meltzer's study
(as published in his book) we have an unusually high ratio. Our common house
was retro-fitted from an existing single-family home - I'm sure we wouldn't
have built that much if new, like 10/13 of our homes. I think the most
critical issue is how participatory your community will actually be. Perhaps
this is another question which would be good to include in a future
census...
