A quick survey of cohousing web sites might get you more information quickly than waiting for the list.

Pleasant Hill Cohousing in California, for instance, has a 3835 sq. ft. common house for 32 units:

In Wild Sage, I don't know the square footage, but it seems much larger, and that's for 34 units.
