Casa Verde Commons has 34 units

We have a common house with 2040 sq ft on the main level and 847 sq st on a 
partial upper level.  The dining room seats 50.  There are 2 guest rooms, kids 
play room, lounge, meeting room, small library, covered deck wtih hot 
tub,kitchen, mail room and three bathrooms.  It is the right size for us  

  (We also have a remodeled pre-existing building of 1214 sq ft, used for 
storage, garden eqpt, a workshop, and exercise room)
