Cohousing-L Mailing List: Cohousing Commute Survey--Clarification

I'm getting some responses to my little survey from individual 
households, so I'm realizing that I may not have made it clear that I'm 
asking just one person (you or someone you find who is willing to do it) 
to send out JUST the following  survey---the part between the horizontal 
lines--- to all the households on your internal email list:. If you know 
who the other folks in your community who receive cohousing-l are, 
perhaps you will "talk among yourselves" to see who is most willing and 
able to take on this task, or is willing to just send your, his or her 
best guesses as to the to total in each category......If your community 
is small or medium sized the latter might be easiest.

Of the employed (or self-employed) adults who live in your household,
how many commute to work (most or every workday) in each of the
following ways:

----- Walk
----- Ride a bicycle
------Ride a scooter or motorcycle
------Use public transportation
------Drive a hybrid car
------Drive an all-electric car
___Drive an alternative fuel vehicle (eg.. natural gas, bio-diesel)
___Drive a "regular" gas car
___Carpool  (in a regular car) with other community member(s)
___Carpool (in a hybrid)  with other community member(s)

or

Please reply to me. I will collect the responses, add 'em up and send
the total for our community to Joani Blank of Swan's Market Cohousing in
Oakland who wants to collect this info for an article she hopes to
submit for publication the Cohousing e-magazine.

You will note that  the "me" in the sentence above refers to you (the 
recipient of this email) and not to "me," Joani Blank.  If you've sent 
out the form already, that's fine, If not, you might wish to use this 
new list, as I've added two carpool options.

Also, it'd be cool if when you send the tally on to me, you let me know 
which community you are reporting for.
