On Dec 7, Coho/US will present the second Cohousing Call-in:

"The Current Economy and Forming Groups"

http://www.cohousing.org/Workshops

We have room for 1 more panelist - and if you are part of a forming
group, it could be you!

At this time, we have four panelists:

- Coho/US's Board President Rick Mockler is vice president with
CoHousing Partners and lives at Muir Commons (CA).
- Raines Cohen, with Cohousing Coaches, has visited dozens of
cohousing communities around the county and lives at Berkeley
Cohousing(CA).
- Brian Brainerd is an urban pioneer on Denver's historic main street
who is offering a partially-developed property as a cohousing site.
- Ted Butler is a Director and Senior Home Advisor with Stay In Home
Mortgage specializing in both FHA Reverse Mortgage and the new FHA
Reverse Mortgage for Purchase - mortgage instruments which may be
useful to some forming groups.

Four really interesting people that listeners will enjoy. We would
like the fifth panelist to be a member of a forming group.

If you are selected, you will:

- have the chance to tell your group's story to the whole world - both
those who listen on Dec 7 and those who listen to the recording
afterward
- share your insights about how the current economy may be affecting your group
- get ideas and input from other participants about possible
strategies for economy-related challenges
- offer thoughts about how ideas from other panelists might relate to
you or other forming groups

You must:

- be part of a forming cohousing group in the United States with at
least 3 members
- be available for the Sunday, Dec 7 call (see cohousing website for
more specifics)
- have an intelligible, telephone voice in English
- seem a reasonable person during our telephone interview

Optional:

- some experience being part of a panel discussion
- a website that tells your group's story

Please send me a private email with phone number and best time to call
if you are interested in participating.

The panelist will be selected on a first come, first served basis.
