It would also be great to get some help for Legacy Farm Cohousing in
Rosendale, NY. We started in 2002, have land, engineering and green design
done, a core group, but now must develop financing and unit sales
procedures. New York State has some special challenges from the state
Attorney General's office which has set protocols for real estate
development.
