Keeping a backup copy of data is a good step. I dont know about backing up Google wiki data. It occurs to me that an alternative is to use a trusted ISP. I wonder if it might be possible to use http://wiki.ic.org for what you want to do. I trust FIC folks tho I so not know how competent their current admin folks are. Anyone know? They use Mediawiki that Moz talked about. It has the advantage of being familiar to most folks on the net. I do not know how easy it is to export one's data. Fred who has thought aboout porting the data from the moribund http://wiki.cohousing.org to http://wiki.ic.org and removing the former but have not. -- Fred H.
