RoseWind Cohousing, Port Townsend WA, has switched to Google Apps for
our record keeping: minutes, maps, documents. Certain people have the
right to post or edit in a given category (eg the Secretary can post
or edit minutes), while all can read them, The best thing is that they
are searchable: that's a huge plus.
What I don't like is the limits on how things can be organized (I think in outline form). I get frustrated with lists that are in the order they were loaded, not in an order I would choose. Because it's all on line, it is vulnerable to access glitches. I am a (sometimes lone) believer in having hard copies of stuff in notebooks.
