Hi- At EVC, we have one regular undercounter residential dishwasher for light loads and an undercounter commercial dishwasher/sanitizer that has 4 minute cycles for larger meals. They are about the same size and shape. We can put some of our pans in either dishwasher and some must be handwashed. -Jessie Handforth Kome Eastern Village Cohousing Silver Spring, Maryland
