Cohousing-L Mailing List: Interpersonal conflict

Are there cohousing communities that have a process for dealing with 
interpersonal conflict, i.e., between individuals in the community (not 
differences over community issues)?   If so, we would appreciate hearing what 
types of processes communities have.
